Trenchard Court, SM4

Built in 1952 and named after Viscount Trenchard, the properties were financed by the Royal Air Force. The court was formerly part of the Housing Association for Officers Families before the merge to Haig Housing in 1995. There is communal parking and close access to local transport. There are 12 properties in total – 11 3-bed terraced houses and 1 4-bed house.
