Haig Housing IT outage

Haig Housing is currently experiencing an IT outage. This is as a result of a problem at our IT supplier and has affected access to emails and other system.

We are continuing to work with our IT supplier to restore our systems and these are gradually coming back on-line. We continually review our IT systems with our supplier and are putting plans in place to mitigate the risk of this happening in the future.

Rent payments can be made online using your address and Customer Reference Number (found on all correspondence we send to you). If you are unable to pay using the website please contact the Income Team on 020 8685 5777 (option 2).
