About the role: As a Housing Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and sustaining tenancies to our veteran communities. Working remotely but primarily covering our Morden and Ashtead sites, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met while promoting tenancy sustainability and community wellbeing.

You’ll be fully equipped for home working and will receive ongoing support from our Head Office in Victoria, London. You will also be part of a dedicated, close-knit team that values collaboration and professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Housing Experience – You must have previous experience in a housing role, ideally within social housing, tenancy management, or a related field.
  • Self-Starter – You’ll need to be highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – The ability to engage confidently with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – A flexible, solutions-focused approach to tackling challenges and supporting residents.

Why Join Us?

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of veterans and their families? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same?

  • Meaningful Work – Make a tangible impact on the lives of veterans and their families.
  • Supportive Culture – Be part of a team that values its people and promotes a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Flexible Working – Enjoy the benefits of remote working with structured team engagement.

If you’re ready to bring your skills and passion to a role that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer: Haig offers generous benefits including a company pension, optional private medical insurances and a 3x salary death in service benefit.
